Time to dream

I have been thinking alot lately, about what I wanna do with my life, where I wanna be in a few years. What I want to achieve in life. My friend Yuki and I made a list of what we want to do in a lifetime. One of those stuff on my list is to move to Korea. It's the biggest dream I have right now! And I want to do this within a year. And to do that, I have to get a job that pays well, I have to get a visa and other stuff. But that's easy, if I just have it in the back of my mind all the time, to not lose hope of that my biggest dream actually can come true. And I think about it all the time. I had a job, working with Yuki, but it was just a temporary job. Now I look everywhere for a new job. I have a few thoughts and ideas what I want to work with. And we'll see if it gets me somewhere.

What I want to say with this, is that even if everything seems dark, even if all your hope is gone right now, and you feel like you're worthless, you can achieve your biggest dream if you just want to, and work for it. I don't have an education, just up to ninth grade. I haven't even worked alot at all, but I'm still gonna try to achieve my goals! You can do it too! :) Appreciate everybody that belives in you. And if nobody does, don't forget that you've got yourself to belive in! Prove the none-belivers wrong mate. ;)

Good life

I'm in a supergood mood today! My mood can change so fast between the days, and today is just a good day. I'm happy, got alot of energy, I'm just enjoying life. Hope you all feel the same! And if you don't, try to sit down, take a deep breath, and think about what's good in your life right now. Think about your goals in life, and what you wanna do to get there. Because you will get there if you fight for it! Anything is possible. :) And it's okay to have a bad day, remember that after rain comes sunshine! ;)

I'm going to the gym soon with my mother. We didn't go there yesterday, because we met up and I just really wanted to eat sushi! And I usually listen to my instincts. And my instinct said that I should eat sushi. So I did! Kiki. ^^

Oh btw; when I did yoga this monday, I ate a healthy and very tasty snack. Allévo Low Calorie Bar; Blueberry. I don't need a low calorie bar, I know that I'm thin and not fat at all, but it was so tasty! Promise, you all should try it! I don't know if it's a Swedish snack, I think so but I don't know. If it isn't and you can buy it in your country, I suggest you try it. :) There's other flavours too, but I think this one with blueberry is really good!

Why I hate drugs - a Jozey story

I have been talking about how I really hate drugs. But I have never told you why. Like I said in the post before this, I want to do this so that people that's having a hard time open up maybe gets inspired to talk about their problems and to get help to feel better. Maybe someone can relate to what I'm going to tell you. This is a really big deal for me, talking about this. I haven't been able to do it for a long time, because I get thoughts in my head that's just killing me. And this is also like therapy for me, that I can talk about it and stop bottle it up inside, because that's what makes me sad, that I can't even talk about it.
I haven't used drugs myself, but a man that's really important in my life has, and it has affected me in ways I didn't think could be possible. I wont say any names or tell you who this is, because that would be mean. I don't wanna be mean to this person, because he is really important to me. Even if it's a friend, a boyfriend, a familymember, it doesn't matter.
I can't tell you how it all started, because that would be like telling you all who it is. But I can tell you that when it all started, I didn't think it would affect me this much. I didn't like that he was using drugs, and I told him that. He said that he would quit, but I think it was too hard for him. And I understand, it's hard just to quit like that.
And after spending some time with him and his friends, I started to understand that I didn't wanna be a part of what they were doing at all. They could be very mean to me, and I couldn't do anything. And I did everything to see him, because like I said, he's very important to me. So you can say that I was stuck. And I went through so much just to be with him, and his friends was always there. When I told him that I couldn't deal with the drugs, we started to fight almost every day. But like I said, I was stuck.
When you're so into drugs, it's hard to think about how you're treating the people you love. He regrets everything he did to me back then. He has quit with the drugs, and it's all wonderful now. But I still have the memories. It went on like that for 1 ½ years. So it has gone so deep inside me. I can't even watch movies or read books that has maybe only one scene with drugs. I get sad and think about it for a long time.
But until a few days ago, on Valborg, it was really bad. And at my friend's house a man that has been taking drugs before talked about it with us. He has been talking about it with many young people so that they would know to not get involved. It was so hard for me to listen, usually I would just have walked out the room. But I held one of my friends hand, and listened to what this man had to tell me. And I got really sad, it hurt so much listening to everything he told me. But it helped. That I finally got to talk about it, to just let it all out and to cry and almost knowing how the man that is important to me, that this post is about, almost knowing how he's been feeling. It's hard, you hurt yourself so much when you're hooked. And you hurt the people around you. The pain you're putting the people you love through, it's worse than anything. It still hurts for me, I'm still in the long process of getting better. But this man is supporting me right now very much, and that helps too. We're still having difficulties relating to each other, because we come from so different lifestyles. But we try. And I'm sitting here right now thinking about how people that's reading this will react. But I really had to do this. No one should be feeling like this. And I thought that I could just have it inside me and never talk about it. I denied that it had happened. This happened almost a year ago, and I still can't even listen to some music that even only have one word about it. And like I said, this is like therapy for me, I had to do this for myself too. And I hope that the people who's reading this take it the right way, that I think that it's important to talk about very heavy problems, you'll feel so much better, even if you don't think so at first. But it's true. Everybody isn't this open and want to talk about it on their blog. That's okay, you talk about it with anyone you want.
I will continue trying to get better so that I can at least go outside and see something that is about drugs and not running inside and thinking about the memories I have. I have to embrace the memories and learn how to live with them. Because they will not disappear, they will always be a part of me. Everybody go through different kinds of bad and good stuff in life. And the memories will always be there, and you can either learn how to live with them, or live a life in isolation. And I wont live in isolation anymore, I want to live my life. I suggest you do the same. :)

It feels really good to write so much about this, it's like some weight falls off my shoulders. :) I hope this helped you too!

See things from the bright side, even if you're BORED!

I'm so freakin' bored right now! :O I'm sick so I can't go out with friends, and I'm not tired enough to go to sleep. What should I do?
I'm sitting here in my bed playing games and texting and talking with friends on facebook, but I don't like to be alone all the time. It's just in very short periods and not too often that I wanna be alone with my thoughts, or just chill on my own. I love to spend time with my friends, meeting new people and having fun. So this is really boring! I don't want to be sick anymore... But it is what it is!
I'll have to see it from the bright side; now I have some time for my thoughts and to write a song or poems, playing some piano. See, you'll feel so much better if you think of something positive when you're feeling low! :)

Sometimes it's hard to understand - but it's OK

When you're having a hard time understanding what is going on around you, it doesn't mean that you're stupid. If everybody understood everything all the time, what would happen to mistery? What would happen to the surprised feeling you have when something you didn't know was coming is rushing towards you? Even if it's something bad happening, life wouldn't have a purpose if we didn't have anything to fight for. To get to where we wanna stand in life we all have to draw conclusions and build expectations. So when you don't understand something, don't let anyone tell you that you're stupid and drag you down! Stay true to who you are, and be who you want to be. No one in this world, not even your twin if you have one, is exactly like you. You are so special, the only one that knows what you're thinking at all times. And if you just sit quiet and don't speak your mind when somebody is dragging you down and making you feel like you're not worth anything, no one will never know just how smart you are. So take your thoughts, let everyone know about your ideas, your feelings. And take a stand towards the people that always push everybody else down. That's not cool! You are beautiful, boy or girl, old or young, big or small. Never forget that! And if you're having a hard time, just think about that nobody is like you, and you deserve to be happy. There is enough space in this world for you too, so take up as much space you want, just stay true to who you are and don't forget to give everybody else as much space as they need to be happy. All are equal. Help someone else and you will get it back, for sure!

Make love not war.
